Bruce S. Harris, DDS
An orthodontic practitioner with 30 years of experience, Dr. Harris graduated from the Chicago College of Dental Surgery at Loyola University Chicago in 1965. After serving as a Dental Officer in the Air Force, he went on to complete his residency in orthodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Harris opened his private practice in Fountain Valley in 1974 and in Aliso Viejo in 1994.
A commitment to continuing education has led Dr. Harris to participate in dozens of courses covering a myriad of topics. In 1989, Dr. Harris achieved certification as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a certification reached by only 25% of orthodontists in the United States. He is also involved in many local organizations. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the Orange County Dental Society.
A native of Chicago, Dr. Harris currently resides in Irvine with his wife, Karen. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, bicycling and photography
