I would like to thank you for the wonderful orthodontic service you have provided to my son, Grant thus far.
Before beginning treatment at your office, I had taken Grant for a consultation at a different office and was not happy with their recommendations. Their plan of treatment seemed very invasive and a lot more costly. Since you had provided Orthodontic services for my husband and sister in law many years ago, he suggested that we bring Grant in for a consultation at your office.
During Grant's consultation, I explained to you about Grant's fear and nervousness and about his high gag reflex. Typically, we make all cleaning appointments first thing in the morning and on an empty stomach because he tends to throw up during x-rays. The thought of invasive orthodontic devices were definitely not appealing to us. Lucky for us, your gentle manner and orthodontic technique worked out to be the right fit for Grant.
He now walks in to your office without any fear or apprehension and I can relax in the waiting room while he is being treated. The spacing device is working fabously and without pain or discomfort. He is looking forward to receiving his "Neon" braces soon.
I am grateful to you and your caring staff for helping Grant overcome his dental fears.

We have 5 daughters—4 of which have had braces done by you—our 5th one is up and coming this year. We have been so pleased with your work. You have given us an “approximate” time-frame for each of our girls and you have been spot on! We love you and your office staff and feel like you’re a part of our extended family. Just want to let people know that Dr Harris and his employees are very professional and friendly office. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. They are very concerned about any issues you may have in regards to your treatments. They go beyond just putting on braces. They also will let you know of any concerns they may have with your teeth, whether you should see your dentist to make sure you do not have any further problems during the course of your treatment.
I want to thank his office for finding a big problem with my gums. If it was not for the keen eye of one of Dr. Harris employee's I might had further damage to my gums. The dentist I had seen for years had never recommended me to go to the periodontist for gum disease before I started treatment to have braces put on. Due to the neglect of my dentist, which I had gone to for ten years I had developed bone loss, which resulted in having three bone grafts.
Dr. Harris has worked with me over the last few years to ensure that all the issues of my treatments go well, especially during the times of my bone grafts. I really appreciate everything you have done for me in ensuring my teeth to be healthy and for straightening my teeth with the braces.

I would recommend Dr. Harris’ Orthodontist office because, he and his staff are very friendly in many ways. I would know I’ve been going since January 2006 when I was 8 years old. I started my first phase when I had my first four braces on my first four teeth. I was nervous at first, but they made me very calm and comfortable. Penny in the front is very nice, helpful and is always smiling. Gill, one of the orthodontist assistants, is always nice, he helps with changing your color ties and wire. I like how we can choose our own colors and not have to have white or the same ugly color over and over again. Now I’m on my second phase, not only do I have my upper braces, but I have my bottom braces too. Dr. Harris and his staff make me feel welcomed and not afraid to get my braces tightened. I also enjoy being able to sign in myself at the computer. I love coming to Dr. Harris and you should too.

Dear Dr Harris and Staff,

As a working Mom, with teens, I cannot begin to say what a pleasure it has been to go to the offices of Dr. Harris over the last two years. Trying to schedule two teens involved in sports and community activities is practically a full time job. The staff at Dr Harris go out of their way to coordinate dates that combine my trips whenever possible. They are understanding when we call to change our schedules do to school activities, and when we are there, we always have so much fun talking with them. I feel like Dr Harris knows our family because he has taken such an interest in both my sons’ athletic ventures as well as their interests in aviation.

My boys will be finished soon, but I just enrolled in invisaline, and I can honestly say I feel good knowing I will still be visiting even after my boys have beautiful straight teeth and great smiles.

It is a pleasure to be around someone who enjoys what they do and does it well day in and day out. This is a “feel good” place. No matter what you might be feeling the day they tighten up those braces.

A great thing happened the other day, My daughter an eighth grader, and one of your patients, returned home from school with one of the biggest smiles I have seen on her face in a very long time. In fact,  I have not seen as big a smile since the day Dr. Harris removed her braces. She is typically a very calm and composed thirteen year old that seldom gets super excited.  As she danced across the street yelling, "It was all worth it!" It was all worth two and a half years". I assumed she was referring to leaving her middle school.  She will be graduating in a couple of months and moving on to high school. I questioned what she meant by her words. She said, “Mom, all of those appointments and the braces on my teeth!". Still, I did not understand what she was trying to say. "Mom, I just won for the BEST SMILE at our school and they want to take my picture for the yearbook". Since the day she was given this great title, she continually admires her teeth. And when I see her looking in a mirror, her comment to me is..." Aren't they beautiful?" Straight teeth have given my daughter an additional dose of confidence that any person would love to have or be able to give to someone.

I like coming to your dentistry because it is absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly, you work so hard to make my smile shine, and if I ever forget to brush my teeth, I can always use the toothbrushes that you provide. I’d give your dentistry a five-star rating!Unlike other dentists, Doctor Bruce, you don’t poke, pull, or hurt my teeth. At first, when I was getting braces, I thought they’d hurt a lot. But I was wrong. The process of putting on the braces didn’t hurt at all. Doctor Bruce, thank you for giving me advice on different ways on how to brush my teeth, so there is no plague left behind on them. The thing that keeps me looking forward to my next visit at Harris Orthodontist is the friendly staff that you have. They are very kind and become very cautious and careful when they are working with my teeth. They ask me questions like, “Are you still brushing at night,” or, “Do you floss daily,” because they want to make sure that I’m doing my part in keeping my teeth clean. A great facility at your dentistry is the brushing area. I can always brush my teeth before the doctor comes so that I’ll have clean teeth when the doctor checks them. A convenient thing about your dentistry is the timing. Since it opens so early, I can book my appointment early, and that way I won’t have to miss school! My smile is really beginning to shine!
